Return & Exchange Policy

At Sparkles Jewelry, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase. Please review our return and exchange policy below to understand the conditions under which returns and exchanges are accepted.

In-Store Purchases

  • Return Period:

    Items purchased in-store may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase.

  • Condition:

    To qualify for an exchange, items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents.

  • Non-exchangeable Items:

    The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

    • Custom-designed merchandise
    • Engraved items
    • Special-ordered
    • Watches
    • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)
    • Class rings

Online Purchases

  • Return Period:

    Items purchased online may be returned within 15 days of receipt.

  • Return Process:

    To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at [info@sparklesjewelry1.com] or call [(586) 300-9555] to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number will not be accepted.

  • Return Shipping:

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and insuring the item for its full value, as Sparkles Jewelry is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

  • Condition:

    Returned items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition, with all original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents.

  • Non-Returnable Items:

    The following items are not eligible for return:

    • Custom-designed merchandise

    • Special-orders

  • Refund Method:

    Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing.

Exchanges

  • In-Store Exchanges:

    Items may be exchanged within 7 days of purchase, provided they are unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and documents.

  • Online Exchanges:

    To exchange an item purchased online, please contact our customer service to obtain an RA number and instructions for the exchange process.

  • Condition:

    Exchanged items must meet the same condition requirements as returns.

Gift Returns

  • Without Receipt:

    Gifts returned without a receipt are eligible for store credit only, provided the item is unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and documents.

  • With Receipt:

    Gifts returned with a receipt may be refunded to the original payment method or exchanged, subject to the conditions outlined above.

Layaway Policy

  • Layaway Terms:

    Items may be placed on layaway with a minimum deposit of 25% of the total purchase price. Weekly, Bi -weekly, or Monthly payments are required, and the item must be paid in full by the end of the layaway period.

  • Cancellation:

    Canceled layaways are subject to a 15% restocking fee. The remaining balance may be used as store credit only.

Custom & Special Orders

  • Non-Returnable:

    Custom-designed merchandise, engraved items, special-orders, watches, and class rings are non-returnable and non-refundable.

  • Deposits:

    A non-refundable deposit is required for all custom and special orders. The deposit amount will be specified at the time of order.

Defective Merchandise

  • Return Period:

    Defective items may be returned within 15 days of purchase.

  • Condition:

    Defective items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with all packaging and documents.

  • Resolution:

    Defective items will be repaired, replaced, or refunded, depending on the nature of the defect and the item's eligibility.
