Founded in 1988, Sparkles Jewelry is a family-owned and operated jewelry business. The Habre family, Alexandre and his wife Renee started a renowned wholesale manufacturing jewelry company based in Los Angeles, California.

Alexandre built a reputation for producing the highest quality fine jewelry and custom design services for hundreds of retailers throughout the United States.

 

Alexandre Habre started as a part-time bench jeweler while pursuing an engineering degree at U.C.L.A., learning the craft to become a master jeweler and designer. He enrolled at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA), the world’s foremost authority on diamonds, colored stones, and pearls, and graduated as a gemologist in 1986. After mastering the bench, manufacturing, and diamond grading, he started his wholesale manufacturing company.

In the early 2000s, with their two children, they moved to Michigan to open their first retail store, train the next generation in the family business, and continue to manufacture the finest jewelry out of Los Angeles, California.

Being a family-owned business, you can be assured that each piece we produce, and manufacture will be of the highest quality and an exceptional standard.

Having a full-service repair department in our retail stores, we also provide custom designs, jewelry appraisals, engraving, and watch repair services. We pride ourselves on our expertise in fine jewelry and diamond business knowledge.
